We specialize in Gourmet Burgers, and Mediterranean food. we use fresh local beef (Fire River farms). Our beef (Including our Tri-Tip) is never frozen, same thing applies for our chicken breast. We use unfrozen chicken breast that's not injected with water. We make our burgers at the premises, we don't freeze our burgers and we don't make more than 300 Lb at a time, and they are gone in 48 hours. Loyalty is going up every day. Some of my customers made some positive comments about our food and would like to share two of them with you:(If burgers were cars, then this burger is Rolls-Royce and others are Junk!), (This is the good old days burger!). Finally, I would like to add that for the last four months we were Business of the month at Costco Pelendale branch, and we will be there again very soon. Please stop by and try our burger and you'll realize what i'm talking about.

Established in 2014.
History of this business started at home, where I used to cook for my family, and friends. I always teach my chefs to cook with passion as if they are cooking food for their family members.

Owner

Migrated to the U.S in 1992. It took me over two years to reach beautiful America from a country that's torn by war and dictatorship. My first job was in San Jose was in a bakery at night and a second job selling water for a water company (Sierra Spring water..), then I start working in printing company (Imperial Printing Corporation) and I went from swiping floor all the way to lead operator for big Binding, cutters, folding machinery. In year 2000 I moved to Modesto and started working i Real Estate field as Appraiser until 2013. Fred S.

  The staff is great and super-friendly. The burgers were very good, but the fries just I'm. If you can, have some of the lentil soup. It is the absolute best I ever tasted. We finished off with some baklava. Fresh and delicious all the way through!! We'll be back.

  It has great hamburgers, not greasy and very filling. Its under new ownership and moved on the other side of town. They also have Bakalava and Giros. So you know I'll be going back.

  Burgers n middleastern food, two of my fav foods. adequately lit interior with excellent window barriers i've never seen in a burger place before. they let you view the outside without distractions of traffic.
